​Matwork Class #1

Level: Beginners to Intermediate Matwork 
Equipment: A Pilates/Yoga Mat or comfortable carpet/rug to lie on
Suitable: Beginners up to Intermediate 
​Instructor: Ellissa Nolan
​Duration: 50 minutes

Whether you are an experienced pilates practioner that comes to my matwork class each week - or you are very new - this is a gentle yet challenging workout and mind reset which will help you improve your strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility.

This class is a general fitness class and not suitable for people in rehabilitation or with current injuries.
