Cancellation Policy

Classes and Appointments​
Due to high demand in our private and semi-private sessions, any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your class beginning. Should you not attend you will be charged as if you had attended the appointment (unless sick). Please text 0401 477 679.

Pilates Retreats
All Pilates Retreat cancellations must be made 14 days in advance in writing. You will be returned the balance between the non-refundable deposit and the full deposit fee. Should your cancellation not occur within this cancellation window you will not receive a refund.
 
Safety
Owners and trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and Owners and/or trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
 
Class and Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling
Trainers and classes are subject to change without notice. Mountains Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary - you will not be charged for any class or private appointment cancelled by the Studio in advance.

​Returns / Refunds

​Sessions are not transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. Please note we do not provide refunds however we will happily reschedule your class or appointment to a more suitable time. 
 
Purchases are valid for 3 months for use and may be applied to different services.

Privacy Policy

You privacy is very important to us. We will not share your details or personal information with anyone without your express permission.

Liability Waiver

Please note you will be asked to sign a liability waiver and complete the Adult Pre-Screening Exercise Form on commencement with Mountains Pilates. The pre-screen tool ensures we understand and pre-existing medical conditions and can refer you to seek medical clearance prior to commencing exercise, if required. 

​Agreement for Participation in Pilates Classes and Private Sessions: 
The ‘Trainer’ refers to Mountains Pilates Studio: 
The “Activity” refers to participation in any private or group pilates session. 
• I acknowledge that it is a condition of participation in this activity that I do so at my own risk.
• I accept that all risks and hereby indemnity and release the trainer, their agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters and any person or body directly or indirectly associated with the trainer against all liability (including liability for their negligence and the negligence of others) claims, demands and proceedings arising out of or connected with my participation in this activity.
• This release and indemnity continues forever and binds my heirs, successors executors, personal representative and assigns.
• I acknowledge that participation in this activity may involve risk of serious injury or event death from various causes including over exertion, dehydration, equipment failure and accidents with equipment and surroundings.
• I recognise the difficulties associated with the activity and attest I am physically fit to participate in this activity. In the event that I become aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that may be detrimental to my health if I participate in this activity I accept the risks despite these conditions and am still and will always be under the terms of the agreement.
• I certify that I am 18 years or older and that I have read this document and fully understand it, OR
• As a parent or guardian of the participant (a) I agree to the above for myself and on behalf of the participant and (b) I indemnify and will keep indemnified any person or body directly or indirectly associated with the conduct of the activity on the terms referred to above.
